2. Consulting services
Our experienced Schwab RT consultants associate with the client's staff to share their product and business knowledge and provide three distinct services:

• Technical Consulting, including an analysis of the operating systems environment and development of automation tools to help improve productivity and efficiency.
• Applications Consulting, including conversion assistance and programming help for client reports and statements.
• Practice Consulting, including an evaluation of existing processes, assistance with writing procedures and even a one-day interactive seminar for personnel who need to understand daily-valued participant accounting.

3. Training and education
Schwab RT brings training to your desktop through virtual classes using state-of-the-art webcast technology for interactive sessions conducted over the Internet. With a staff of seasoned technical support experts, the goal is to enhance the productivity and efficiency of our clients by continually offering quality training.

Schwab RT also offers instructor-led classes on the entire suite of products throughout the year at our training center in Charlotte, North Carolina. Our instructors can also create custom training solutions.
